We’re honored to have the support and participation of the Philippine Consulate General in Osaka, Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), OWWA Osaka, Philippine Research & Investment Institute -PRII LLC, and DCOM Filipino as we continue promoting sportsmanship and unity among OFWs.

🏀 OOBA at the Mwo Osaka Seminar

Today, OOBA was honored to attend a special seminar conducted by the newly assigned Labor Attaché, Atty. Manuel Dimaano, at the Migrant Workers Office (MWO) Osaka.

Representing OOBA, Founder Burguillos Butz joined fellow Filipino community leaders from the Kansai region to participate in this meaningful event. The seminar focused on raising awareness about the Bawal Bastos Law (Safe Spaces Act) and the Anti-Human Trafficking Act, highlighting the importance of protecting the rights, dignity, and welfare of Overseas Filipino Workers.

OOBA remains committed not only to promoting sports and unity but also to supporting initiatives that educate and empower the Filipino community in Japan.

We extend our sincere appreciation to MWO OSAKA and Atty. Manuel Dimaano for organizing this informative seminar and for their continued dedication to the welfare of OFWs.
