Hansen's Spin Party

goooooooooooood morning party peoples!!! i'm out of quarantine and out of spin shape!!! i'm still throwing a party today, so come join me while i huff, puff, and wheeze my way through the party!

we'll do a 45 minute, non-stop, catch-your-breath-when-you-need-to class today. because i've got a 1330 appointment with nissan to get my airbags replaced!!!

music will be on by 11:15, if you want to come in early and get warmed up or just want to make sure you get that full hour in.

also remember october is official HITT class season, so my afternoons will be dedicated to HITT. but not to fear, your new party host dane will take the reigns and make sure y'all get your grooves on.

we're only scheduled for friday spin parties starting october 1st, for now. please bear with us as we work to get our spin parties back up to 3 a week!!!

my party peoples, i just heard signs aren't posted up and you're all there waiting for a party.

i realize this is a late post and i should've hit the room up waaaaaaaaay before now. i've been quarantined. i will be out until the 24th.

for those of you all that showed, i truly apologize for the inconvenience. i know it's not helpful for those of that set up daycare or took time out of your day to party with, for today my boss is covering class. the remainder will be cancelled until i get back.

please make sure you share a thank you on facebook or submit a i.c.e. COMPLIMENT for my boss thomas nadeau, who covered class for me. as you can see he may have completely unprepared, but still stepped to the plate in order to give those who showed up a party.

good afternoon party folks, today's spin party menu is an express party 30 music of brutal spinning awesomeness.

your party host will be directing the party on foot, as i have a meeting on foster i need to attend by 1300.

music will be playing as early 1115 so you can warm up and prep for the boogie down!

GEAR (AFAA), ASFA, ISSA, FiTour, Spinning, or Schwinn.

Each agency’s curriculum varies, but they typically offer certification in as little as 6-7hrs of online coursework.

I meant to get this information out last week but I completely forgot.

We do plan on hosting another spin clinic in the near future...I will be sure to keep you posted.
