Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM
Sunday: 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM

Training takes place at the Chinese Benevolent Association, 176 Old Hope Road, Kingston 6, and provide all equipment.
