I am passionate about coaching because I want to be the catalyst for change and help high-achievers find the FREEDOM they desire to transition from unsatisfying careers to a healthy, holistic life filled with excitement, balance, purpose, and passion. My biggest core value in life is CURIOSITY which fuels my sense of adventure and hunger for growth and learning. Life is too short to spend YOUR time working in an unsatisfying career, feeling stuck on a hamster wheel of the same old boring routine, dreading work, getting burned out, feeling lost, and unsure what to do next. With my empathetic, insightful, and exploratory approach, I will guide you to define your life vision, strengths, values, and beliefs so you can set clear goals and next steps for personal and professional growth to drive the change you seek so that you can stop feeling like you’re falling behind others and not living up to your potential. - MA in International Studies from UPenn and the Lauder Institute
- Worked in sales, business development, partnerships, account management, strategy, and people management at J.P. Morgan (corporate finance), Google (digital marketing, Sonder (hospitality), and Zippin (retail tech)
- Spent 4 years working as an expat in Hong Kong, London, and Singapore
- Rebounded from 3 layoffs
- Received my coaching certification from the Jay Shetty Certification School (accredited by the Association for Coaching), where I completed over 100 hours of study and training
Fun facts about me:
- Took a yearlong sabbatical where I traveled and pursued personal passion projects like learning Spanish and starting a travel blog
- Completed 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and Reiki Level 2 certification
