It looks like the ocean is disappearing into a giant underwater waterfall, but it's actually one of Earth's most breathtaking optical illusions. Nature's geology can be more incredible than fiction. 🌊✨
Norway turned oil wealth into one of the world's biggest investment funds instead of spending it. Could this be the smartest long-term financial decision ever made? 🌍💰
What would you do if a giant AI data center was planned next door without your input? As communities push back over water, power, and noise concerns, the debate over AI's future is only getting louder.
When a community speaks with one voice, even the biggest industries have to listen. 🌎 Will more cities follow San Marcos and put local water, energy, and quality of life first? 💧⚡
One court ruling ended one of the biggest proposed AI data center projects in history. Should communities have the final say when developments reshape their neighborhoods? 🌍🏛️
Big tech may build the future, but communities still have a voice in shaping it. As AI expands, more Americans are asking who benefits, who pays the cost, and who gets to decide. ⚡🏘️
Some places are priceless. Thanks to thousands of people who may never set foot there, Chile's breathtaking Cochamó Valley is now protected forever. A powerful reminder that when people unite, nature has a future. 🌲💚

Astronomers have confirmed the existence of a 'super-Earth' alien world that sits in its star’s habitable zone.
Led by astronomers at the University of California, Irvine, researchers have confirmed that the exoplanet GJ 3378b—a "super-Earth" roughly twice the size of our home planet—orbits within the habitable zone of a nearby red dwarf star.
Located a mere 25 light-years away in the Milky Way, GJ 3378b receives about 90 percent of the radiation from its host star that Earth receives from the Sun, putting it squarely in the "Goldilocks" sweet spot where liquid surface water could theoretically exist. Using high-precision instruments on telescopes in Texas and Arizona, the research team refined the planet’s orbit to just over 21 days, making this rocky world one of the closest and most viable candidates for future habitability studies.
However, the ultimate question remains whether GJ 3378b possesses an atmosphere. The planet sits right on the edge of the "cosmic shoreline," a crucial boundary where a planet’s gravity must battle intense stellar winds to prevent its atmosphere from being stripped away. Without a protective atmosphere, the surface would be exposed to harsh radiation, preventing liquid water from surviving. While scientists have not yet detected life, this nearby super-Earth has jumped to the front of the line for advanced reconnaissance. In the coming decades, sophisticated missions like NASA's planned Habitable Worlds Observatory are expected to dissect GJ 3378b's atmospheric composition, hunting for the chemical biosignatures that could finally answer whether we are alone in the universe.

She is not just preparing to wear a crown, she is training to carry a country. 👑
At just 20, Princess Leonor of Spain has already completed military training across the Army, Navy, and Air Force, preparing for the day she becomes Spain’s first reigning queen in more than 150 years.
Born in 2005, Leonor is the eldest daughter of King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia. She studied at UWC Atlantic College in Wales before returning home to take on royal duties and military service.
As part of her training, she sailed aboard the Juan Sebastián de Elcano training ship and completed her first solo flight in 2025.
Her future reign will mark a historic moment for Spain, the first queen regnant since Queen Isabella II in the 19th century.
For many, Leonor represents a new generation of leadership: educated, disciplined, and ready for history. 👑
