युवाओं के विकास और राष्ट्र निर्माण के लिए खेलों की शक्ति को उपयोग में लाने का आपका यह निर्णय अभूतपूर्व है। इससे देश की खेल प्रतिभाओं को नया मंच मिलेगा और भारत एक वैश्विक खेल महाशक्ति के रूप में मजबूती से स्थापित होगा।
