Jenil is a Registered Yoga Teacher certified through the Yoga Alliance. She has completed her 200 hours yoga teacher training from Rishikul Yogshala, Rishikesh.
She discovered yoga by chance and began practicing as a way to deal with daily stress & remain fit. Years later, she continues to practice yoga and works diligently to continue her study of the history, philosophy and limbs of yoga. This journey with yoga has continued to enthrall, inspire and challenge her – to the point where she is now inspired to teach and share this love of yoga with the world.

250+ students.
Countless questions.
Infinite energy. 😄
Spent Yoga Day with the girls of 8th & 9th grade, and what a session it was!
This Gen Z generation is sharp, curious, unapologetically expressive, and definitely keeps you on your toes. 😅✨
We moved, breathed, laughed, reflected, and had a whole lot of fun along the way.
A Yoga Day session I won’t be forgetting anytime soon. 🕉️❤️

Teaching demands presence.
No two classes are ever the same. No two people are ever the same.
Different bodies.
Different stories.
Different fears.
Different possibilities.
You can plan a class, but ultimately you’re responding to the human beings in front of you.
And I love that about it.
To witness how differently people experience the same practice. To see someone find ease where there was struggle. Confidence where there was hesitation. Awareness where there was none.
It’s fascinating. It’s humbling. And after all these years, it still keeps me curious.
Whether it’s a group class, a private session, a retreat or a workshop, every day feels different.
And honestly, I don’t know what I would have done with my life had yoga not found me.
