Is your Plank really correct? 🧘♀️💪
Plank looks simple, but small alignment mistakes can reduce its effectiveness and put unnecessary stress on your body.
✨ Keep these 4 things in mind:
✔️ Shoulders over wrists
✔️ Core engaged
✔️ Legs active
✔️ Spine long and neutral
Remember: A strong Plank isn't about holding it for the longest time—it's about holding it with good alignment.

Practice with awareness, not ego. ❤️
Description:
A proper Plank builds strength and body awareness while challenging your core, shoulders, arms, and legs. But more time doesn't always mean better practice.
Start with a comfortable hold, focus on alignment and breathing, and gradually build strength. If you feel sharp pain or discomfort, come out of the pose and reassess your alignment.

🌿 Master Ardha Uttanasana (Half Forward Fold)
In Ardha Uttanasana, keeping your back straight is more important than touching the floor.
✨ How to practice:
•Hinge from your hips and keep your spine long.
•Engage your core for better stability.
•If your hands don’t reach the floor comfortably, use yoga blocks for support.
•Don’t force yourself to go deeper. Good alignment is more important than depth.
🧘♀️ Benefits:
✔️ Improves posture and spinal alignment
✔️ Strengthens and activates the core
✔️ Stretches the hamstrings and calves
✔️ Helps reduce unnecessary strain on the lower back
✔️ Teaches proper hip hinging for safer forward bends
✔️ Supports mindful and gradual improvement in flexibility
Good form always comes before a deeper stretch. Listen to your body and never push through pain.
Disclaimer: Practice according to your body’s ability. If you have any health concerns or pain, consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new yoga or fitness practice.
