I do not teach to be followed 🌸
I simply share what I continue to learn.
Every lesson I offer deepens my own practice, refines my understanding, and reminds me that the greatest teacher is the path itself.
In yoga, sharing is learning, and teaching is another form of practice 🫶

Many people dream of becoming a yoga teacher but believe they are not flexible enough.
Firstly The truth is that yoga is not a competition of advanced poses. It is a lifelong practice of awareness, discipline, and self-discovery.
As teachers, our role is not to impress students with difficult postures. Our role is to help them practice safely, adapt to their unique bodies, and experience the deeper meaning of yoga.
You don’t need to be the most flexible person in the room you need to be the most present.

Every asana becomes an advanced asana when practiced with awareness, alignment, and presence. 🕉️
There is no “easy” or “advanced” posture in yoga only different expressions of the same journey. The true practice lies not in how complex the shape appears, but in how deeply we connect with breath, body, and mind within it.
✨ The depth of an asana is not measured by flexibility, but by consciousness.

In the yogic tradition, spiritual growth is not reserved only for monks or renunciates. A husband and wife can walk the path together, supporting one another in becoming better human beings 🌷
True partnership is not just about sharing a home, but about sharing a vision, uplifting each other through challenges, encouraging growth, and evolving in consciousness together.
When two people commit to Dharma, their relationship becomes more than a bond it becomes a spiritual journey 🕉️
A household can be an Ashram when love is guided by awareness, respect, and the sincere intention to grow together ✨
