With the flooded weather outside keeping us off the field, this was a fantastic initiative by Team NCA to keep our young cricketers engaged, focused, and mentally sharp. Cricket is as much a mental game as it is physical, and mastering breath control is a powerful tool for building composure, patience, and peak focus under pressure.
The depth, clarity, and energy Ganesh Da brought to the virtual session were outstanding. He kept the boys completely locked in, turning a rainy day into a highly productive masterclass in mental fitness.
