One of the biggest career myths?
That there's a "dream job" waiting for you somewhere.
The truth is, every job comes with trade-offs.
The title looks exciting.
The salary looks attractive.
The prestige looks impressive.
But every role also comes with pressure, routine, difficult conversations, and responsibilities nobody posts about.
The goal isn't to find a perfect job.
The goal is to find a life you can wake up to consistently without losing yourself in the process.
Because career satisfaction isn't about loving every day.
It's about being okay with the parts nobody sees.

If I could go back and talk to my 22-year-old self, I wouldn't give career advice.
I'd tell myself this:
You don't need a 10-year plan.
You don't need all the answers.
And you definitely don't need to have your life figured out.
Most of the anxiety in your 20s comes from trying to solve problems that don't even exist yet.
Take the next honest step.
Learn from it.
Then take another.
That's how clarity is built.
Not through overthinking.
Through movement.
Because careers aren't ladders.
They're experiments.

Save this for the days when you feel behind in life. โจ

Some of the most successful people I know donโt look successful on social media.
Theyโre not constantly announcing their next move.
Theyโre not chasing validation.
And theyโre definitely not in a hurry.
Instead, they focus on becoming better than they were yesterday.
They learn.
They stay curious.
They play long-term games.
And they understand that real growth happens quietly before it becomes visible.
The people who are truly winning in life are usually too busy building to prove anything.

What's one thing you're doing today that your past self would be proud of?

Here's a caption that fits the emotional, one-sided-love theme:
He chose stability over love.
But life doesnโt always wait for us to feel ready.
Sometimes the biggest risk isn't falling in loveโit's letting the right person walk away while you're busy planning the perfect future.
What would you choose? โค๏ธ

Allie's story from Off Campus raises a question many young women can relate to: when your dreams and your relationship don't align, what do you choose?

Hannah's story is something many students can relate to. When uncertainty enters the picture, even the dreams we love most start to feel risky.
If she were studying in India, do you think she would continue pursuing her passion or choose a more secure path?

Your first interview does not decide your worth.
Sometimes you get selected. Sometimes you get rejected.
Both are feedback. Neither is identity.
