Not the loud kind you show.
The subtle one that stops you from learning.

In Kettlebell sport, you travel, compete, meet athletes from different backgrounds, different journeys, different struggles, and that’s where the real test begins📍

Because the most skillful athlete is NOT the strongest…
It is the one who stays a student in every room.

I shared with the athletes the 6 phases of learning — from raw awareness to the ultimate flow state, where lifting becomes effortless, timeless, almost meditative🧘‍♂️

But here’s the truth most don’t want to hear:

You cannot enter the flow…
if your ego is leading the lift & slowly… it disconnects you from mastery.

The best athletes I’ve seen across competitions, across countries, they have one thing in common:

They know when to switch ego OFF… and when to use it as fuel⛽
