Almost eight years ago, I met Deepa Nair, Deepa Nair Editor of Better Interiors, quite casually at a friend’s social gathering.

We got talking, and she asked me about my work. I remember her simply saying, “I’d love to see some of your projects.”

A few days later, I sent her some images of my work. Soon after, she called to say that she would love to feature one of my projects — Turiya Villa. Turiya Boutique Villa Goa

Turiya was, and continues to be, an incredibly personal project for me. It was a space very close to my heart, and I had no idea what Deepa had envisioned for the story.

Then came the surprise.

She created something so beautiful and so thoughtfully put together that it remains one of the most memorable features of my work.
