There are 3 Types of Manchester United Fans This Transfer Window.

The funny part is... most of us have probably been all three at different points over the last few weeks.

1. The Believer - He believes because he sees a plan. He looks at Cunha, Mbeumo, Šeško, Lammens, Dorgu, the younger age profile, the wage structure and the recruitment philosophy. He isn’t saying INEOS are perfect. He’s saying, *”Maybe for the first time in years, the club is trying to build something instead of just buying names.”* His patience comes from belief.

2. The Realist one - He isn’t negative for the sake of being negative. He’s carrying the scars of the last decade. He remembers every summer when United promised a rebuild, qualified for the Champions League, and still left obvious holes in the squad. He remembers transfer sagas that dragged on forever, panic signings, poor planning and opportunities missed. When he questions the club, he’s not trying to spread negativity—he’s trying to stop history from repeating itself.

And then there’s The Confused One.

I think this is where most of the fanbase lives today.

He wants to trust the process because he can see some encouraging signs. But every day without a signing brings back memories of windows that started with hope and ended with disappointment. He’s not angry. He’s not convinced. He’s just protecting himself from getting hurt again.

That’s why this fanbase feels so divided.

Not because some fans love the club more than others.

But because everyone is carrying a different version of Manchester United’s recent history.

Maybe The Believer will be proven right.

Maybe The Realist will.

Or maybe The Confused fan will finally get the transfer window that lets him believe again. Which one are you today?
