Transformation of my trainee Sreepriya..
Congrats dear Sreepriya Sumesh

Her feedback..

"My Transformation Journey with Bfit Hub
I’m Sreepriya, and I began my fitness journey with Bfit Hub on August 1st, 2024. At that time, I weighed 86.7 kg. Today, I proudly stand at 65.6 kg.

As a teacher, long hours of standing and teaching had started to take a toll on my body, especially my knees and ankles. I knew I had to do something about my weight, but I was unsure where to begin. That’s when I spoke to sister, Amrita. It was she who introduced me to this amazing program led by Bismy ma’am. Thank you so much, dear Ammu, for your unwavering support and guidance!

I joined Bismy ma’am’s evening batch, and from day one, the motivation from her and the encouragement from the online trainees have been truly inspiring. Bismy ma’am is not just a trainer—she is a mentor and a true motivator. Her consistent guidance played a crucial role in helping me achieve my dream transformation.

The compliments and appreciation I receive now fill me with pride and joy. I feel confident, happy, and most importantly, healthy. I can now wear the clothes I love without hesitation, and my lifestyle has completely changed for the better.

Thank you so much, Bismy ma’am, and the entire Bfit team, for helping me become the best version of myself."
