It’s that time of year 💪
We’re taking on the Hero Workout MURPH on 23rd May and we want YOU there. This one isn’t just a workout. It’s a test of grit, community, and showing up when it’s hard. 🔥
Here’s what we’re getting into 👇

5 pull-ups | 10 push-ups | 15 air squats ❌ 20 rounds

75 minutes. Modified version. All heart. ❤️🔥
