It was a year 2004 if I am not wrong, where I was so excited as we were going out for shopping in our town and there were only handful of cloth stores out there and the one which I chose was newly opened with all latest collections.
I was already overweight or obese guy person but not accepted myself. In the store I like a T-shirt so I finalised it but! there was little confusion of it's size so I thought going for trial but unfortunately it was a small shop and there was no proper trial room so the sales man asked me to check the size middle of the shop itself. I was feeling excited to buy new clothes and agreed to try there itself. the whole scene took a U turn once I took off my shirt to try this new one.
I heard laughing noises from every corner of that shop, when I turned around they were laughing on me, on my condition and I was feeling so embarrassed in that situation, it didn't stop there everyone started throwing comments on my physical condition.
Upon this everything the owner of the shop came to me and gave a long lecture on my overweight in rude way even criticising the physical disability I am facing with. That situation not let me to sleep couple of nights and I decided to completely change myself and come out of this condition. I started working on my fitness, started gaining knowledge in this area and finally I was able to evolve myself as completely new person "physically & mentally" upto the extent to share the knowledge, health tip to others. So that no one can be in the situation where I was and going to carry forward this service till I am alive.
"You will see a huge evolution in yourself only if you accept yourself".
