These are a few simple habits that have genuinely helped us stay consistent as a couple. We follow them ourselves every day, and they’re the same principles we recommend inside 10X Shape for sustainable weight transformation.
1. Start with just 10 minutes – A quick home workout is better than skipping exercise altogether.
2. Prioritize protein in every meal – It helps with satiety, muscle maintenance, and recovery.
3. Track your protein and water intake – What gets measured is easier to improve.
4. Limit refined carbs, not real food – Choose whole grains, fruits, and vegetables more often.
5. Walk for 10–15 minutes after meals – A simple habit that supports digestion and blood sugar control.
6. Sleep 7–8 hours consistently – Recovery is as important as training.
7. Manage stress daily – Deep breathing, grounding, or a few quiet minutes can help reduce stress.
8. Keep healthy food visible and unhealthy food out of sight – Make good choices easier.
9. Don’t chase perfection – One missed workout or meal doesn’t ruin your progress; get back on track with the next one.
10. Stay consistent with the basics – Sustainable weight transformation comes from small habits repeated every day, and that’s exactly what we practice at 10X Shape.
The best fitness plan isn’t the hardest one—it’s the one you can follow consistently.

# # # 🌸 PCOS Has a New Name: PMOS
PCOS is now being proposed as **PMOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome)** because it is **more than just an ovarian condition**.
Most women with PCOS **do not have actual ovarian cysts**. The small “cysts” seen on ultrasound are usually **immature follicles (eggs)** that didn’t fully develop or ovulate.
The real causes often include:
* 💉 Insulin resistance
* ⚖️ Hormonal imbalance (high androgens)
* 🥚 Irregular ovulation
* 🔥 Metabolic dysfunction
That’s why symptoms like **irregular periods, acne, weight gain, excess facial hair, hair fall, fatigue, and fertility issues** can occur.
The key message: PCOS is a **whole-body hormonal and metabolic condition, not just an o***y problem. The proposed name *PMOS* reflects this better.
Note: PMOS is a proposed new term. PCOS remains the official and most commonly used medical name today.

Not everything sold as “healthy” is truly healthy.
Food adulteration is becoming more common, and it’s affecting the food we eat, the water we drink, and even the air we breathe. These shortcuts may bring short-term profits, but they slowly harm human health and our future.
⚠️ Be a conscious consumer.
Read labels. Ask questions. Choose real, clean, and trustworthy foods whenever possible.
Your body deserves better. 🌱

3 Gut Health Myths
1) “A healthy gut means taking *yakult and kind of product* every day.”
2)“If you eat healthy, your gut bacteria will be the same as everyone else’s.”
3)“Gut health is only about digestion.”
Persistent inflammation may be driven by:
* An unhealthy or less diverse gut microbiome.
* Highly processed foods and excess sugar.
* Poor sleep and chronic stress.
* Lack of physical activity.
* Certain infections or medical conditions.
How to Resolve Excess Body Fat: A Personal-Coach Approach
Rather than treating body fat as only a calorie problem, start by identifying the underlying drivers.
Step 1: Track the root cause
Look at:
* Nutrition quality and total calorie intake.
* Sleep duration and quality.
* Stress levels.
* Physical activity and muscle mass.
* Medical conditions (e.g. thyroid issues, insulin resistance).
* Digestive symptoms and gut health.
* Medications that may contribute to weight gain.
Step 2: Work with the right experts
Depending on the root cause, involve:
* A physician to rule out medical conditions.
* A registered dietitian or qualified nutrition coach.
* A fitness coach for strength training and movement.
* A psychologist or behavioral coach if emotional eating or stress is a major factor.
* A gastroenterologist if persistent digestive symptoms suggest a gut disorder.
Step 3: Build sustainable habits
Focus on:
* Eating a variety of fiber-rich plant foods.
* Including adequate protein at each meal.
* Prioritizing resistance training.
* Sleeping 7–9 hours consistently.
* Managing stress.
* Tracking progress through habits and body composition, not just the number on the scale.
The documentary’s central message is that there is no universal “gut health” solution. Long-term health improves when you understand your individual biology, increase dietary diversity, and address the underlying causes of inflammation or weight gain instead of relying on quick fixes.
100 years ago, chronic illness was rare.
Today, it’s normal.
Why?
Because everything changed 👇
1. SWEETNESS
Then: seasonal fruits 🍎
Now: donuts, pastries, ultra-processed sugar
Your taste buds didn’t evolve — they got hijacked.
👉 Choose real sweetness. Eat fruit.
—
2. PROTEIN
Then: eggs, meat, fish, real food
Now: bars, powders, “low-fat” replacements
We replaced nutrition with convenience.
👉 Go back to real protein.
—
3. FATS
Then: ghee, butter, natural fats
Now: industrial seed oils everywhere
Marketed as “healthy”… but your body says otherwise.
👉 Traditional fats > processed oils
—
4. HYDRATION
Then: water, milk, natural drinks
Now: soda, energy drinks, flavored chemicals
Hydration became marketing.
👉 Drink real fluids — water is enough.
—
5. FOOD SOURCE
Then: local, fresh, seasonal
Now: sprayed, packaged, shipped globally
You don’t just eat food — you eat its environment.
👉 Know where your food comes from.
—
THE TRUTH:
We don’t fix the root.
We manage the damage.
And call it “healthcare.”
Small daily choices = long-term health.
She came to me frustrated…
“Coach, my BMI is normal… but I still don’t feel fit.”
On paper, she was “healthy.”
BMI said everything is fine.
But when we looked deeper…
👉 She had stubborn belly fat
👉 Low muscle mass
👉 Felt tired even after small workouts
That’s when I told her something most people don’t realize:
BMI is just a number. Not your full health story.
It only compares your height and weight.
It doesn’t see what’s really happening inside your body.
So we shifted focus 👇
Not on weight… but on body composition
✔️ Reduced her body fat %
✔️ Built lean muscle
✔️ Improved strength & energy
And guess what?
Her BMI barely changed…
But her body, confidence, and health transformed completely 🔥
—
👉 Moral of the story:
Don’t chase a number.
Build a body that actually feels strong, energetic, and healthy.
—
