Got a cake for my birthday, upon calling them regarding the cake being full of dust, the representative on the call forced me 10 times to take a small bite from the corner of the cake, and said we will still take back the cake, just want your opinion on the taste of it.

Finally, When I scooped the tiniest bit of it from the bottom, she said now they will not take back the cake.

The height of being pathetic for a couple of thousand rupees.

SHAME ON YOU WINNI.IN , have ordered many times before, but now I never will, and will not recommend your website, infact will ask people to stay away from your website because of the horrible experience I have had.
