Pepito had a remarkably long and storied 11-year journey with the University of Santo Tomas (UST), playing for the program from her junior high school days all through college:

High School Standout: She dominated the UAAP juniors division, capturing four consecutive Best Libero awards (Seasons 79 to 82).
UAAP Stellar Rise: In the collegiate ranks, she anchored the UST Golden Tigresses defense, serving as the team captain.

Individual Accolades: She won back-to-back UAAP Best Libero honors in the women's division during Season 85 (2023) and Season 86 (2024).

Graduation & Culmination: After concluding her final UAAP season with a bronze-finish in Season 88 in May 2026, she officially closed her illustrious collegiate chapter. She graduated with an Elementary Education degree in 2025 and pursued postgraduate studies at UST.
Professional Career

Following the conclusion of her UAAP eligibility, Pepito declared for the Premier Volleyball League (PVL) Draft. She has since taken her tenacity and defensive prowess to the professional ranks, currently playing for the Capital1 Solar Spikers in the PVL.
