You train your lower body hard, but are you training your hip flexors too?
Here I’m sharing part of my hip flexor workout that I did today
3 sets × 15–20 reps each exercise
Hip flexors are an important group of muscles that help with hip movement, pelvic control and lower-body stability keeping them strong can help you perform exercises like squats, lunges, leg raises and running with better control and form
Don’t focus only on your glutes and quads a strong lower body needs strong and well-balanced muscles around the hips too

How did you build those glutes at home?
Let me show you
Here’s a lower-body combo I’ve been loving B-Stance RDL → targets the Glute Max
Cross-Body B-Stance RDL → shifts more emphasis toward the Glute Medius

Two B-Stance variations, but with a different focus helping you train your glutes from different angles while also working on control, stability and strength

3 sets × 12–20 reps each exercise

You don’t always need to lift heavier to make your glutes work harder try changing your stance, movement pattern and control to create a different stimulus

Here’s an ankle-weight workout where I’m training GLUTES + CORE together 🍑🔥🔥🔥
The reason?
With these movements, your glutes work to extend, lift and stabilize the hip, while your core works continuously to stabilize your pelvis and control your body against the extra load so you’re not just moving your legs you’re making your glutes work + your core stabilize with every rep
3 sets × 12–20 reps each exercise

The goal isn’t just to add more weight it's to choose a load that lets you maintain good form, controlled movement and proper muscle engagement

ROM (RANGE OFF MOTION) or WEIGHT — what should you increase first?
A common mistake is thinking that progress always means lifting heavier if I’m doing an RDL for the first time, I’ll first choose a range of motion where: i can control the entire movement , my joints can move freely , my body isn’t compensating , i can keep the load on the target muscles
Once I can complete my prescribed reps with good form, control, and a consistent range of motion, then I’ll increase the weight because progressive overload isn’t just about lifting heavier
