Restival Festival is taking place over the May Bank Holiday weekend at the beautiful Mount Congreve Gardens This is always such a great weekend with a variety of fabulous classes/talks/activities over the two days.
Once again I'm delighted to be coordinating all the yoga classes over the weekend and we have so many great yoga teachers with many different offerings
I will also be facilitating a guided meditation on the Saturday afternoon 🙏
