These nominations recognise both the work of Connect Studio as a dance and movement space and the community we are building.

To receive recognition across both the studio and community categories is a wonderful achievement and reflects the wider impact of our work through dance, movement and connection.

✨ Connect Healing Circle ✨

This month we return to take you on a journey of deep relaxation and soulful restoration.

In a world that asks so much of us, we believe there is deep medicine in simply being held.

We bring this monthly healing circle to Connect Studio to gently support harmony within the mind, body & spirit. A space to return to yourself, to rest your nervous system and help alleviate stress from your life.

Together, we weave Shamanic healing practices, Reiki and breathwork. This has been created as a safe and sacred space. No talking. No sharing required. Just come in, lie down and receive.

We know life can be challenging and we never want circumstance to be the reason someone doesn’t receive support. This is why this circle is donation based (€5+). An offering from the heart, with the intention of making healing accessible to all who feel called.

At Connect Studio, we welcome dancers from age 5 all the way through to adults.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or have years of experience, every class is a chance to grow.

Our classes help dancers:

💪 Improve strength, balance & coordination
🎶 Develop musicality and movement quality
✨ Explore creativity and self-expression
❤️ Build confidence and a love for dance

From Ballet, Contemporary & Commercial, there’s something for every age and ability!
