Congratulations to our two club members Pearse Gallagher and Cathal McNicholas who were recipients of the Martin Sheridan John Mc Donnell Bursary for 2026
They were presented with their Bursary awards by Mayo County Council Cathaoirleach John Caulfield at the award ceremony in Ardagh yesterday in recognition of their sporting achievements in the past year representing Ireland in their chosen sports

Congratulations to all the juvenile athletes competing in the schools cross country on Thursday. Some fantastic performances put in at a tough Mellets hill course. Well done to all involved 👏👏👏👏

Congratulations to Faye Gallagher who came 7th in U18s Girls B&I Mountain running championship in Newcastle, Co Down.
Faye was 1st Irish girl home and the team finished 4th overall.
Faye has worked really hard over the last year and shows how hard work and determination pays off. We are very proud of your achievements Faye 👏👏👏
Congratulations to the Irish U18 Boys and U20 Girls who came 3rd, securing bronze each.👏👏👏
