Thanks to the Irish Field Archery Federation - IFAF for the 3Ds targets and First Aid kit purchased via the Sports Capital Grant, now officially renamed the Community Sport Facilities Fund (CSFF) and formerly known as the Sports Capital and Equipment Programme.

We at Wexford Archery Club really appreciate the efforts of the IFAF Committee in securing funding from this government programme. For the club, it really is helping build and improve our sports facilities with the supply of this non-personal sports equipment.

Tickets go on sale for the IFAF National BowHunter Championship 2026 hosted by Aos Dána Archers on the 12th & 13th of September, Saturday, August the 8th.

Hey! Archers if you are around or know anyone travelling to Limerick City between the 7-10th of August give them a heads up.

Public Have A Go sessions & field archery demonstrations will take place in People’s Park, Limerick, across Saturday & Sunday of the Games. This central location gives us excellent visibility and steady footfall, making it an ideal spot to introduce Archery to a wide audience & showcase Field Archery at a European level.

If you know anyone in Limerick or nearby, encourage them to pop by & give Archery a try , it’s a great chance for people to see what Field Archery is all about.
