Well done to Matthew, Olivia and Ryan who did us proud on Saturday wearing the Monaghan colours in the regional athletics event. Matthew and Olivia managed to make it through to their semi-finals but missed out on spots in the finals. Competition was stiff with 13 counties represented. Olivia and Ryan were delighted with the medals for all the Under 8 participants. Thanks to the parents who travelled to Athlone and all the volunteers who helped create a lovely day for the kids. 🏃‍♀️

Well done to all our athletes who put in a great effort last Sunday at the county track competition. Especially our four medalists, Martin Mulhall with Gold in the Under 16 200m, Matthew Holland with Silver in the Under 10 200m, and both Olivia Brady and Ryan McManus with Bronze in the Under 8 60m. 👏
