Something a little different coming to The Studio… and NO, this one has absolutely nothing to do with dance ‼️

I’m delighted to be introducing our new Fitness, Strength , Stamina & Flexibility classes, specifically for young athletes who are involved in sport and want to work on their overall fitness and performance 💪

Whether they play football, GAA, soccer, basketball, rugby, athletics or any other sport, these sessions will focus on strength, conditioning, flexibility, stamina, fitness and overall body control — all of which can benefit them in their own sport 🙌

Classes will be fun, challenging and suitable for different fitness levels, with all equipment provided.

💪 €10 PAYG
➤ Individual weekly classes available

Our PAYG class will run Wednesdays at 7:15pm, starting back with the new season on September 16th 💪🔥

COACHES & TEAM MANAGERS 📣
If you’d like to organise a 6-week Strength & Conditioning programme specifically for your team, just get in touch and we can arrange a day and time that suits.

➤ Different days & times can be arranged for team programmes to suit you

➤Different / younger ages can also be arranged for younger groups

And again… you do NOT need to be a dancer or attend The Studio!
This is purely fitness, strength & conditioning for young people involved in sport.

I actually can’t believe I’m saying this… But summer is over and we’re back to dance this Monday! 💙🩷

It feels like we only finished up, but I’m honestly so ready to get back into The Studio and see all my dancers again. I’ve missed the buzz, the music, the laughs and seeing all those gorgeous faces coming through the doors every week 🥹🫶

All of our classes commence this Monday, 31st August, and I’m so excited for another year of dancing, learning, making memories and watching every one of our dancers grow ✨

And to all our new pupils joining us this season, I can’t wait to welcome you into our Studio family 💙

🤸‍♀️✨ EXCITING NEWS — OUR ACRO CLASSES ARE GROWING! ✨🤸‍♂️

Due to demand, we’re delighted to announce that our Monday Tumble/Acro class has now been split into TWO age groups! 💗

This means we can give our younger acro stars their own dedicated class, while our older students can continue to develop and challenge their skills at the right level.

🌟 MONDAY ACRO / TUMBLE 🌟

🤸 4:30pm — Ages 3–6 🆕
🤸 5:30pm — Ages 7+

Classes are perfect for children who love to tumble, move and learn new skills! We work on flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, tumbling and acro skills in a fun and encouraging environment. 💪✨
