Clare Sports Partnership and Healthy Clare are teaming up for Women's Health Week.

A free informative session will take place on Thursday 24th of September in KF**t Athletic Gym from 8pm to 9.30pm.

During this session,
Dr Bláthnaid Regan will speak on general health topics.

This will be followed by the team at K F**t chatting about the benefits of strength training and how it supports your health at every stage of life.

A walk around the facility and the opportunity to chat to the trainers in a welcoming environment.

This free event is open to females aged 18 and over.
