Kids nearly back to school, holidays just over....let's keep the high energy party vibes carrying on for the kids with Zumba!!! I'm back again & due to the success of the last term of classes, I've decided to fill two separate classes with two different age categories....kicking off next Wednesday 11th Jan at 4pm Zumba Kids Juniors is suitable for ages 4-7yr olds. Then at 4.45pm its Zumba Kids for ages 8-12yrs. Taking place upstairs in Newpark Hotel Gym.
Term of 5 weeks for only €40, sibling discounts are available.
€10 deposit required to book your childs place.

Exactly why I love Zumba....all the worries & stresses just melt away but not only for that 1 hour but all night & week also 😃 Please look after your mental wellbeing just as much as your physical, the mind is way more powerful than the body so be careful what your feeding it! Stop yourself in your tracks if you notice negative thoughts intruding, easier said than done but it takes practice....it's the best habit I've ever trained myself to do! You can control your thoughts 👌 Also never forget 🥇 - YOU ARE VIP - as you are the only you there is so be YOU with all of your heart!
