A beautiful summers night, Ballykeeffe Amphitheatre, and The Hothouse Flowers… this is what concert photography is all about.

Watching Liam Ó Maonlaí command the stage with his boundless passion, energy and infectious spirit was a joy to witness through the lens. But the magic of Hothouse Flowers has always been far greater than one person. Fiachna Ó Braonáin’s masterful guitar work, Peter O’Toole’s driving bass, Dave Clarke’s powerhouse drumming and Martin Brunsden’s rich double bass all combined to create a performance full of soul, power and pure musical chemistry.

More than forty years after first coming together, Hothouse Flowers continue to perform with the same heart, authenticity and joy that have made them one of Ireland’s most treasured live bands. Ballykeeffe Amphitheatre provided the perfect setting for an unforgettable evening, and it was a privilege to have captured a few moments from a truly remarkable night. 📸🎸🔥

Thanks again to Ian from McGig Music for opportunity!
