Well done Amelia, representing Balyna Community games at the regional athletics in Templemore last weekend. First time ever at the regionals and she got through the first round heats. Looking forward to more big performances from you in the future.

Fantastic game in Cadamstown today, with the u10s showing football skills and maturity beyond their years and delivering another great display of football.

The lads led from the start of the match until the start of the 4th quarter, when Malahide with the benefit of a very strong wind got two
quick goals in succession and took the lead and held onto it until the final whistle.

We couldn't be prouder of this team and the journey they brought us on this year. Many thanks to the coaches, parents and supporters for getting them to their matches and training. Hopefully, the lads disappointment at losing the match today will be replaced with memories of visiting the schools with the county cup, matching behind a piper before the match in Wicklow, and stories of flights home from Spain or leaving a wedding to support the boys.

Looking forward to seeing what else this team can achieve over the coming years.

Months of hard work, dedication and great memories have all led to this. Today at 4pm, our Balyna U10s take centre stage as they face Malahide in the Leinster Community Games on home soil.

The boys have given everything throughout the year and now have the chance to create a special day for themselves, their families and the entire community. They deserve a huge support behind them, so let's give them the atmosphere they deserve by turning up to support!

Fill the sidelines and get behind our lads from the first whistle to the last.
