What is "DIRECT AID"?

The reality on the ground is, much of the limited aid that enters GAZA is seized by gangs and resold at extortionate prices!! Direct Aid gives families cash directly thus allowing them to buy food, medicine and other essentials as opposed to relying on aid that never truly reaches them.
