What a weekend at Electric Picnic!

This year I got to bring something completely new backstage to EP, working with the artists, performers and crew and using movement to help them move and reset.

A little Power Up, a little Sweat session, some feel-good movement and plenty of good tunes Basically meeting people where they were at and giving them whatever kind of energy they needed in that moment.

And I absolutely loved it🙌☺️

What made it even more special was getting to work alongside my lil big bro Adam. He works in artist liaison and is honestly incredible at what he does. Getting to see him in his element and actually work together at EP was very special 🥹

And then there was Brian 🙌 What a team we made my friend. I brought the movement and energy, Brian brought the calm - Yoga, breathwork and meditation.

It was such a fab and unique experience getting to bring this whole wellness concept backstage & I feel like there is SO much more we can do with it.

Lots learned. Lots of ideas. And already thinking about what we could create next…

You love everybody. You want to be friends with anybody and everybody. You are so social, so full of fun and you just absolutely LOVE life.

You are everything I ever dreamed of and more, and I feel so lucky that I get to be your Mam… or your Mama, as you would say 🥹❤️

Three years ago today you came into this world and changed my whole life for the better. Watching you grow into this beautiful little lady is the greatest privilege of my life.

I hope you always keep that magic in you. That big laugh. That energy. That curiosity. That love for people and for life. You want to experience everything and more… and I know you will xx
