Every time I do a Shoulder Bridge with Ball Roll-Out, my hips want to drop as soon as the ball starts moving. So the cue I’m constantly giving myself is:
“Hips stay high, legs do the moving.”
I’ve learned it’s much better to roll the ball out a little less and keep good form than to go too far and lose the bridge.
If your hips dip too, don’t worry—you don’t have to get it perfect. Slow it down, stay connected to your glutes and core, and build from there.
Anyone else find this one tougher than it looks? 🤍
