Got this great email after my talk on 'Mindfulness in Organisations' for HR people yesterday: "You will be glad to hear I made a conscious decision to be mindful this morning. I noticed the beautiful river Nore that passes through Kilkenny this morning, which I speed over every morning and swear over the traffic that stalls on the bridge overlooking it. What a beautiful place to be mindful. It really does make a difference to slow down the planning and plotting that the brain operates on constantly."

Getting great feedback on the new People Potential course 'Mindfulness at Work'. It's an introduction for teams and organisations to the concept of Mindfulness and how people can build it into their everyday work and life. Studies of Mindfulness in a business context have shown it is associated with increased creativity and focus, decreased stress and improved sleep.
