50LBS DOWN 🎉 for the fabulous Jen🤍
What a milestone — and what a woman to celebrate.
50lbs is an incredible achievement, but what I’m most proud of is how she has achieved it.
Jen has a high-pressure job, works long hours across different time zones, and has plenty of reasons why looking after herself could easily fall to the bottom of the list.
But instead, she has found a way to make it work.
🏠 She gets her workouts done at home.
🚶♀️ She gets her steps in every single day.
🍽️ She plans ahead and adapts her meals around her family life.
🧠 She stays open-minded, reflective and willing to learn.
💪 And most importantly, she has been incredibly consistent.
Jen hasn’t tried to make her life fit around a perfect plan.
She has learned how to make the plan fit around her life.
And I think that is one of the biggest reasons why she has been so successful.
There have been busy days. Long working days. Different schedules. Family commitments. Days where things haven’t gone perfectly.
But she doesn’t throw the towel in.
She reflects, adjusts, learns and keeps moving forward.
That attitude is EVERYTHING. 👏🏼
50lbs down is amazing, but the confidence, habits, mindset and belief she has built along the way?
That’s the real transformation. ❤️ Here’s to maintaining that muscle & pushing the goal post 🥂

40 POUNDS DOWN 🤍
This is what showing up for yourself looks like.
Behind these incredible results is a mam of two beautiful girls who has consistently showed up for herself — even on the chaotic days. Potty training, busy days, little people needing her attention… and still getting her steps in. Still taking part in a marathon. Still making choices with her nutrition that supported the goal she set for herself.
She didn’t wait for life to become less busy. She learned how to make herself part of the busy.
We have learned along the way that life is not easy and everything doesn’t always go to plan, but we can pivot, we can take rest & we can always get back to it 💪🏼
And she’s not just doing this for herself — she’s doing it for her children too. To feel stronger, healthier, happier and more confident in herself, while showing them what it looks like to take care of yourself and keep going when things aren’t always easy.
40 pounds down, and what an incredible journey it has been so far! I couldn’t be prouder of you! Rebecca Walsh 🥹❤️

3 Signs Your Gym Routine Is Working 🤩
🏋🏼♀️You are getting stronger
🚲 Your endurance has improved
💪🏼 Improved technique
Progress comes in many forms. Don’t forget to reflect back and see how far you’ve come ✨
We don’t need a fancy new workout each week, we need consistency to see slow & steady improvements in all aspects 🙌🏻

22lbs gone… and she’s made it look effortless. 🙌
Consistent with her nutrition, hitting her daily steps, staying hydrated, and trusting the process. Nothing fancy—just showing up every day.
From skipping breakfast to getting in 3 solid & consistent meals every day - these are the small every day habits that make the biggest impact 👏🏼
Sustainable habits will always beat quick fixes. So proud of this incredible progress and excited to see what’s still to come. 💙

Sweet Treats for this gorgeous weather 🤩
It’s so easy to say ‘I can’t have that’ but often if we look hard enough, there’s a lot more choices than we think 😉

Monday Motivation 🥳
This is what happens when you stop chasing perfection and start focusing on consistency 👏
No cutting out “normal” foods.
No surviving on salads.
No all-or-nothing mindset.
She’s lost weight while still eating real meals, traditional irish favourites & things she actually likes 🇮🇪🍽️
But the biggest transformation hasn’t just been physical…
It’s her mindset.
Instead of starting over on Monday, she sticks to the plan week in, week out & bounces back straight away when hurdles arise!
That’s the goal:
Build habits you can actually maintain while still living your life 💯 We’ve had nights out, meals in & still the result speaks for itself!
A coach can put what they want on your plan but it’s up to you to execute, communicate and put the work in so huge well done for doing just that ! Proud is an understatement & the best part? She ain’t done yet 🤩👏🏼

Why are we letting our last mistake define our next move? 🤯
Stop letting 1 poor decision, 1 bad outcome or 1 crappy choice turn into a bad week, bad month, bad mindset.
It’s not the 1 bad decision that will ruin your progress, it’s the ‘f*ck it’ attitude that you allow to follow, leading you down an unnecessary path of destruction.
Don’t let a bad day keep you away from being your best you.
Learn to get yourself back on the saddle, no harsh punishments, no crazy diet changes. Just simply getting back to your movement, your main meals & water.
It seems simple - because it is, but each time you pick yourself back up, you come back bigger & stronger. Each time you will become more resilient & you will learn to get yourself back faster until you don’t need to pick yourself back up again.
So, what’s your next move? 🤭
