Nearly two weeks ago I welcomed this fabulous group of ladies onto the Usui Reiki 1 course.

For the first time, they felt the palms of their hands get warm as they channeled Reiki healing energy. They did self healing and they practiced Reiki healing on eachother. I may be slightly biased but I always have the best students!

They had fun learning about the crystals and a crystal pendulum. They learned how to incorporate them into their Reiki healing.

On Sunday we opened it up for our regular Reiki circle where any of my past students are welcome to come and practice Reiki.

We are continuing on with Usui Reiki Level 2 on the 27th of September. I have two spaces left on this course.

Here you will learn 7 of the sacred Reiki symbols- which focus and amplify the Reiki healing energy you channel. You will also learn how to send Reiki distance healing. You can send healing to the past, present and future as energy healing is not limited by space, time or distance. Mind blowing I know!

Client presented with psoriasis on both elbows and one knee. At her 3rd appointment, the client reported that her skin is 80% better. Skin is a lot softer, feels like there are not as many "thick layers". Clients confidence greatly reduced as a result.

However, with homeopathy we are treating the whole person, not just the skin. The client reported feeling 70% better overall 🙌. She has seen an improvement in her relationships and is able to let things go rather than let them fester. She is making better lifestyle choices which are supporting her busy life with a toddler. Less doom scrolling- more going to bed early 😴 Exercising more and eating less sugar. All are contributing to her feeling more stable and supported by those around her.

Finally, she has been processing her birth trauma through dreams. She has been having dreams of a beautiful birth experience. Dreams are a really safe way to process and let go of trauma.

Skin conditions can really affect your confidence. The intense itching can be relentless and even disrupt sleep. Conventional medicines do not get to the root cause and can often make the skin worse. Skin cases such as psoriasis and eczema can take time to treat due to suppression with topical steroids. Luckily, this client had never used steroids, only natural topicals like coconut oil.

I am delighted to be taking part in the Wellness Day programme in Cornafean on Sunday 7th of June.  There is a packed schedule, with lots to do and learn.  There is something for everyone. 

I will be giving a talk on Homeopathy at 11.15am.  This is a great introduction to homeopathy and I will speak about the positive results I see in my clinic.
