I’m sure you’ve heard me go on and on about how much I have loved learning from 𝘚hama ᘛ Inner Source Heart Expansion É𝘪𝘳𝘦|𝘉𝘳𝘢𝘻𝘪𝘭. I will forever be grateful to you for introducing me to this powerful practise through your personal style and touch🙏
Many late nights and early mornings at the books, and the biggest takeaway from my course is that I will never stop learning. It’s so exciting to me how much there still is to discover✨
I know it will take some time to feel completely at home being in front of the class, and so I will be offering a few free kundalini yoga classes over the next couple of months.
