This is what my yoga practice looks like now ✨
As some of you know I’ve been recovering from spinal surgery and have paused teaching for the moment. I was told to stop all activities which included gym, reformer Pilates and yoga. 🥲
Just before Christmas my surgeon gave me the go ahead to return to *gentle* yoga 🧘🏻♀️
For me, this looks like lots of Yin & Restortative Yoga by the fire. 🔥🥰 I missed yoga so much and I’m delighted to have it back in my life, even if it is slower than I’m used to.
I can’t wait to return to other activities!
