The Stonetown 5K

Join us on Sunday, 27th September 2026 for the inaugural Stonetown 5K, held in memory of our neighbours Mark, Louise & Evan O'Connor.

Running was a huge part of their lives, making a 5K a fitting way to celebrate their memory while bringing our community together for a positive cause.

Whether you're chasing a personal best or simply taking part to show your support, everyone is welcome.

What's Included?

- Professionally measured 5K course
- Chip timing with live results
- A beautiful bespoke commemorative medal, specially designed for this event and awarded to every finisher
- An exclusive event buff, also uniquely designed as a lasting keepsake of the day

We had a great evening against the newly formed Naomh Malachi GFC Mothers & Others🏐 Every bit of it is what Mothers & Others is all about. Fair play to all the ladies tonight, you all did absolutely fantastic! 👏 The laughs are still the best part. 🥳

Join St Brides Clubs & Knockbridge Hurling Club for our All-Ireland Semi-Final Breakfast before we all make the journey to Croke Park! 🍳☕

Whether you're a club member, from our local community, or simply supporting Louth, everyone is welcome to come along and enjoy the build-up to the big game.

If you're hopping on the club bus at 2pm, catching the train, or driving to the match, it's the perfect chance to meet up, enjoy a great breakfast, and soak up the atmosphere before cheering on Louth!

We’re introducing a supervised kids race to this years Knockbridge 5K.

The race will take place shortly after the main race starts.

All kids should gather in the stand after the warm up.

To the men who think a "tactical timeout" means catching their breath on the sideline, we see you. We love that you still laces up those boots, even if your knees make more noise than the crowd.
We promise not to laugh at the post-match groaning, the ice packs, or the fact that it takes you three days to recover from a 15-minute game. You might not be lifting the Sam Maguire this year, but you definitely win the cup for trying.
