"Several times per week, Martina Calvey takes herself to the Hello GoodLife hub in Castlebar to embark on a low impact, full-body workout circuit.
After a series of illnesses and a car accident seriously affected her mobility, her search for a solution to her own fitness and mobility issues changed her life in a way that she hopes will help others.
Now 59, Martina has become the Irish distributor for Innerva, which designs and manufactures a circuit of power-assisted exercise machines, designed to improve physical, mental and social wellbeing.
Now living in Castlebar, and originally from Keel on Achill Island, Martina’s issues began when she was 23."
