I am so thrilled to not only be among the ten winners of the Waterford Competition again this year (along with my writing pals Jan Haag and Breda Joyce πŸ€—), but to also have a selection of my Waterfords featured in Duanaire (translation= poem-book πŸ“–)

This gorgeous anthology, edited by the brilliant Kevin MacAlan will be launched in the Waterford Gallery of Art on Saturday 29th August πŸ“š

I stopped into the Apple Farm with my girls this week and we treated ourselves to a punnet of glorious cherries....which of course made me think of this poem, Broken Cherry Red.... πŸ’
