**Garden County 5km Tinahely**
Well done to the father and son duo of Ben and Benny Dowling , who were in action at last nights 5km in Tinahely. Ben ran an excellent race to be the outright winner🏆 in a great time of 18.10. Benny also made the podium and finished 3rd overall🥉 and first in his age group. Benny broke the 20 minute barrier and crossed the line in 19.56. Well done lads on your fantastic results.

**Celbridge 5km results**
At last nights Celbridge 5km we had a trio of athletes in action. First man home from the club was Dwayne Farrell who has been running very well of late. Dwayne ran a great time of 18.09 and no doubt will be looking to go sub 18 soon. John Dillon and Eddie Walsh have both been injured recently and it was great to see both back in action. John ran a good time of 19.38 for the 5k distance. Eddie Walsh has recently moved into the 070 age group and no doubt will be chasing National honours later in the year. Eddie ran a great time of 21.53 for the 5k.

**Weekend roundup**
At yesterdays Tullow parkrun PJ Blanche ran his fastest time 🔥ever on the Rathwood course. PJ had ran Tullow 72 times previously but yesterday he ran 21.34 and his fastest time. PJ finished 2nd🥈 overall.
In the Frank Duffy 10 mile road race, both Ben and Benny Dowling had great runs. Ben ran a great time of 63 mins and 13 seconds while father Benny ran 71 mins and 01 seconds. Benny finished 6th overall in the V60 category. The father and son duo are in heavy training for the Dublin marathon in 2 months time.
Dwayne Farrell was in action at the Fishermans 5km road race in Laois. Dwayne ran a great race to finish in a time of 18 mins and 31 seconds for the 5km event. Dwaynes son Donal who runs with St Abban's AC ran a great race to finish 2nd Junior.
**Murphy closes season with a win**
Adam Murphy was back in action at the IFAM event in Belgium today. This was Adams final track event of the season. Adam ran 21.38 for the 200 metres to take the win🏆. As you can see it was a very tight finish but the strength of Adam prevailed. Well done Adam on your fantastic season.

**Barrowhouse 5km**
Well done to all in action at tonights Barrowhouse 5km. There was over 250 athletes in action. Here are the Tinryland athletes results;

**Murphy 5th in Irish Championships**
Well done to Adam Murphy who finished 5th in the final of the mens 200 metres in the Morton Stadium this evening. Held in windy conditions, Adam was up against the cream of Irish Athletics.

**Corr Shield Swim**
Well done to Gracie O'Reilly who won the 1/2 mile swim in Bagenalstown. Gracie finished in a time of 15min 40 seconds.

**Park West 5km**
Well done to the trio of athletes in action at tonights Park West 5km. The event attracted 1200 runners. Ben Dowling finished top 10 with a 9th place finish in 18.20. Just a few places behind was Paddy Kirwan in 13th in a time of 18.45. Benny Dowling continues his fine form and finished 3rd🥉in the 060s age group. Well done gents.
