🔥 LET’S SHINE A LIGHT ON THE PEOPLE DOING GREAT WORK WITH KIDS.
There are gyms, sports clubs and coaches all over putting serious time and energy into developing the next generation.
And we want to hear about them.
Not just the biggest clubs.
Not just the ones with the biggest social media following.
The coaches who show up every week.
Who build confidence.
Who create environments where kids feel welcome.
Who teach them to move, play, compete and believe in themselves.
That’s what youth coaching should be about. 💚
So over the next few weeks, we want to use the Youth Coaching Summit platform to highlight YOUR work.
🏋️ Gym running a brilliant kids programme?
⚽ Club doing something different with its young players?
🏀 Coach making a real impact in their community?
TAG US in your posts or send us a DM.
Tell us what you’re doing and why you’re doing it, and we’ll share and highlight as many as we can.
Because if we want to build a stronger generation, we should celebrate the people already doing the work.
BE THE COACH THEY REMEMBER. 💚

BE IN THE ROOM.
You can read the books.
Listen to the podcasts.
Watch the videos.
Follow the best coaches in the world online.
But there is something different about being in the room.
Sitting beside other coaches.
Sharing ideas. Asking questions. Challenging how you think.
Learning from people who genuinely want the same thing you do…
To do better for kids and teens.
That’s what the FSM Youth Coaching Summit is about.
It’s not about having all the answers.
It’s about bringing together coaches, teachers and people working with young people who believe we can do better.
Learn. Connect. Share. Grow.
Then take what you learn back to your gym, your club, your school and your community.
Because ultimately, this is bigger than one day.
Be the coach they remember.

SPORT IS TOO REACTIVE WHEN IT COMES TO YOUNG ATHLETES.
We wait until a kid gets injured before introducing strength training.
We wait until they reach an “elite” level before giving them proper strength & conditioning — often after weaknesses, imbalances and poor movement patterns have already developed.
Why wait?
The lowest-hanging fruit in youth athletic development is getting kids strong.
Teach them to move well. Squat, hinge, push, pull, jump, land, run and carry.
Build strength, fitness and physical confidence progressively as they grow.
Strength training shouldn't be the solution after something goes wrong.
It should be part of the foundation from the beginning.
Build stronger kids. Build more resilient athletes.
Be proactive, not reactive.
