Hard luck to our 2nd Midland League Division 6 team beaten by Ballinasloe last night after losing two tiebreakers in four excellent games of tennis. Ballinasloe now play our Wilmer I team in the final!

Well done to Wilmer II after a great semi-final win last night against a strong Athlone. They now face Ballinasloe in the final of Division 6 Midlands League.

After an absorbing knockout stage game of Midland League Division V tonight with two Wilmer teams, it couldn't be divided after 4 games, and a reverse game was played with Wilmer 1 taking the spoils.

Well done Midland VI league team whom played Ballinasloe at home last night. four tie-breaks it took and they finished even! Well done to both teams.

Well done to Shona, Mairead, Caroline and Roisin in their Midland league quarter final last night. Winning 3-1 against Loughrea in an entertaining night's tennis.
Semi-final away to Ballinasloe for Wilmer II next Monday, with Wilmer I playing at home in the other semi-final of Division VI.

Well to Wilmers Division 5/6 team on a good result tonight. In a tight games it ended 27/28 with the away team just taking the tie.

Well done to both our Wilmer Midland League Division VI teams, both teams winning again. Wilmer I top their group and Wilmer II are second in the same group.
Teams were playing in Roscrea ad Killaloe on a perfect evening for tennis. Compliments to the home teams, the tea after was so yummy to say the least!

Wilmer I go straight to Semi-finals and Wilmer II are into quarter finals. Best of luck everyone!
