New term just announced 🎉

Come along, move gently, have some fun with your baby and meet other mamas.

I'm so excited to be running Mum & Baby Yoga this October in Ballyhaunis, County Mayo.

This class is tailored for you AND baby. Expect some yoga poses to help you build strength post-partum, all while playing with baby.

We also do some yoga and movement for baby too.

Come as you are.
I really mean that.

Meet other mothers who get.
Let me make you a cuppa after.

Who can come?

Mamas, come when you feel ready and have clearance from your GP.

Every body is different. Usually 6 weeks post vaginal delivery or 12 weeks post caesarean delivery.

This class is suitable for pre-crawling babies.

I can't wait to welcome you ,💞

Link to book in bio.

Spaces are limited so we can all get to know one another.

The trees are magic.
I never leave their presence without feeling more at ease.

They give me space to see. To feel.
To let things be.

There well of emotions stirring as I near the anniversary of my mother's death.

40 year old me, is almost her age now.
Gone too soon.

How is it 19 years?

Yesterday my little girl said to me that it would be cool if humans could live forever so we could meet the people who are gone. I asked her who would she like to meet, and straight away she said my mam. My heart.

The "what ifs" don't shout as loud these days.
But still my heart aches.

And I look back at 21 year old me, and want to give her the biggest hug.

Big news, I'm holding a new pop-up Friday night candlelit session. Grab your comfiest clothes and join me for this special Full Moon offering.

It's been too long, and so many of you have asked for this.

As September slowly draws to an end, under the light of the full harvest moon, make time for you.

End your week, gently.

Slow down. Soften. Taking inspiration from nature, explore what you can release this season.

Through a nourishing blend of Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and poetry, this candlelit mini retreat invites you to soften the body, settle the nervous system, and listen inward with care.

There is nothing to fix, or force.

Only space to rest deeply, to release what you are ready to let go of, and to reconnect with what quietly matters most.

You are warmly invited to come as you are, and to spend an evening in gentle rest, quiet reflection, and soft listening.

Limited spaces so book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Ready steady, Autumn Ready 🍂

I'll be back with new terms from Monday 31 August.

I can't wait to see you back in the studio.

Choose from:

Chair Yoga (Mondays at 12pm)

A wonderful blend of building strength and stretching while using the chair for support. Great for anyone who doesn't like getting up and down off the floor, anyone who benefits from extra support balancing or returning to yoga after a break.

Gentle Yoga (Mondays at 6.30pm)

A slow class with seated, kneeling and standing shapes. A blend of strengthening and softening, with a little bit of super slow flow built in. You move through shapes with a few breaths in each. You choose how gentle you want each shape to be. Expect gentle movements, slow but energising shapes followed by relaxation.

Yin Yoga (Wednesdays at 8pm)

This class is the slowest option. Shapes are held for longer at a softer edge. The focus is not on building strength but on releasing tension. Props are used to help support you. Great for people looking to slow down or those who do a lot of strength training elsewhere (a wonder practice to restore your body). Expect long holds, quiet & calm. Requires very little energy, think of it more as a recharge.

Specialised Pre & Postnatal Yoga Courses

I also teach a range of classes for mamas including Pregnancy and Post-Natal Mum and Baby Yoga.

So there is truly something for everyone at the studio this September.

Not sure what would suit you best?

DM me, I'd be happy to help ,💞

All courses must be booked in advance online. If you cannot book online please contact me directly.

Drop-in spaces available to purchase depending on availability.

This summer six years ago we followed our hearts and took a leap west. We had a dream.
We wanted to build a home.
To grow a garden, and maybe even grow a family.

We left our friends and family behind in Kildare for our adventure out west.

And what an adventure it has been.

I was almost 8 months pregnant when I was interviewed for the Irish Times about our move. And has been living here approximately 8 months at the time 😆

I joke with my daughter that she waited until I was living in Mayo before she chose to come earth side.

We still have much to do with the house and gardens, everything takes longer than expected with two small kids.

Life goes by quickly.
Take chances.
Don't be afraid to grow in your own way, in your own time.

Some people thought we were mad to move somewhere where we knew no one. Others used the word brave.

I think sometimes you just know, you feel it in your bones.

And when I crossed the threshold back in 2020 I knew we were home.

But I never could have imagined the community I have found. The friends, the neighbours, the neighbours who have become friends.

To many more years.
