We've opened another phase of our ACTION study - now open to participants in NI! To take part in health research and try out a new online programme please get in touch with [email protected] - it's entirely online so you can be anywhere on the island of Ireland!
Everyone in the study will get access (some immediately and some delayed) to our online psychological programme, based on acceptance and commitment therapy and tailored for the self-management of multiple chronic conditions including chronic pain.

Hope u all enjoyed week off & bank holiday wkend.We had a few girls celebrating birthdays in the last few wks so belated happy bday 2 u all. We are only 2 wks away from U16 Championship & as u are all aware we recieved a walk-over in Minor which means we are now in Championship Semi-final. Junior is on-going & things are lookin very promising in league. We need 2 put in sum gud sessions now in few short weeks we have left.Starting tonite in Bridgets

MINOR CHAMPIONSHIP: Todays minor 1/4 final vs St.Micheals is off as the Galway club conceded late last night. We are now straight into Championship semi-final vs the winners of St. Gabriels and St. Marys Killereran. Webtext is not working so please spread the word. ALSO no training tomorrow, Tuesday, due to camogie match.

WELL DONE TO ALL OUR NEW PLAYERS AFTER THEIR FIRST TRAINING SESSION TONIGHT. The next generation of Ballinasloe Ladies Gaelic Football superstars began training tonight as over 40 girls turned up for U8 and U10 training with coaches Nioclas Mac Donnacha, Claire Gallagher, Laura Gallagher, Kaythrn Gibbons and Niall Cunningham. With some girls unavailable tonight next weeks numbers could be closer to 50 or 60. This is fantastic for the future and shows the hard workand success of our older teams is being noticed.

Championship round 1 vs Ballygar tomorrow in GAA Grounds Ballinasloe. We are missing some key players due to injury and holidays so plenty of support would be welcome against a very strong St. Brendans Ballygar side. BEST OF LUCK TO ALL INVOLVED!!!
