🥊 WILD ATLANTIC BOX CUP 2026 🥊

This Thursday we hit the road for Ballina, Co. Mayo as five of our boxers travel to compete in the Wild Atlantic Box Cup☘️

Representing Larne Golden Gloves will be:

🥊 Jak McLaughlin – 65kg
🥊 Brian Magill – 65kg
🥊 Jay Mackness – 70kg
🥊 Reece Mckeown – 60kg
🥊 Josh Rea – 50kg

Over the past number of weeks the lads have put in plenty of hard work in preparation and are looking forward to testing themselves against boxers from clubs across Ireland🇮🇪

Tournaments like these provide valuable experience, allowing our boxers to gain ring time, develop their skills and continue their progression in the sport📈

We’d like to thank everyone who continues to support the club and wish all five lads the very best of luck over the weekend🤞

The Wild Atlantic Boxcup 19th-21st June 2026
Venue- Ballina Boxing Club, Co.Mayo
Open to all boxers born from 2014, eg BG1.
Categories are as follows- BG1 (2014), BG 2 & 3 (2013 & 2012), BG 4 & 5 (2011 & 2010), U19 (2008) & (2009) and Senior (from 2007), Senior Novice 0-7 contests.
All weights are attached.
Entries will open from Wednesday March 4th, information in regards to this will be posted Monday.
Entry fee is €30 per boxer and €10 per coach.
