Debdatta Deva Biswas : 應該每日都練習,因為肌肉需要一啲伸展,肌肉本身有彈性。每日你做吓伸展,保持肌肉嘅彈性。而且,每日練習幫助血液循環,對於身體各部份同內臟運作有幫助。所以如果可以嘅話係每日練習,或者,可能五日練習,有一兩日休息。

Master Deva: 係呀,成日都有學生問,點樣喺屋企開始練習瑜伽?首先,你要對咩係瑜伽有少少認識。你可以睇一啲關於瑜伽嘅文章,書籍。
其實佢(瑜伽)唔係純粹運動,同時亦運用緊你嘅思維。透過佢(瑜伽)明白你身體發生緊咩事,亦都係瑜伽好重要嘅一環,係有意識咁做運動。所以你可以隨時隨地、任何年齡去開始瑜伽(修練),冇阻限。
但係你要決定你嘅時間,定一個時間,然後
試下坐喺墊度。放好張墊,坐喺喺地板上面。喺一個特定嘅時間坐低,然後維持至少三個星期。如果你可以耐心咁坐喺度,咁你慢慢,你嘅身體會處於當下,同思想都會返嚟當下。隨時,朝早,晚上,你都可以做。
