Chalmers Wines has made a limited edition just for this championship: Col Fondo, a barrel fermented Aglianico rosé from Heathcote in Victoria.

Col Fondo means “with the bottom”. The wine finishes its second fermentation in the bottle and stays on its lees, so it pours cloudy on purpose. Dry, savoury, creamy, with a fine fizz that keeps going. The neck label carries the RHKYC and championship marks.

Poured at Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club receptions and presentations through the regatta.
